These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern your use of services and website provided by UAB Idea box (hereinafter referred to as "Company", "we"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
UAB Idea box provides the following services:
Service orders begin with a free consultation call. After the consultation, we prepare an individual proposal with clear pricing and scope of work. Work begins only after signing the contract and receiving the initial payment.
Payment terms are established in individual contracts. Typically, a 50% advance payment and 50% payment upon project completion applies. Prices are quoted excluding VAT unless otherwise stated.
All created solutions, including code and configurations, fully transfer to the client after final payment. The client receives all rights to use, modify, and distribute the created solutions.
The Company is not liable for losses arising from third-party service disruptions (e.g., Google Cloud, Make.com), incorrect data provided by the client, or unlawful use of created solutions.
Both parties commit to protecting confidential information received during cooperation. This obligation applies indefinitely after the contract ends.
Either party may terminate the contract by providing 14 days written notice to the other party. In case of termination, the client pays for completed work.
